The Problem:

A heavy vehicle alignment group customer that provides professional and engineering solutions to the road transport industry needed to offer axle correction systems. They required high force and power hydraulic equipment to suit the roll frame press.

The Solution:

The 100 ton roll frame press (pictured) incorporates a DURAPAC 100 ton double acting 150mm & 300mm stroke cylinder for straightening of heavy haulage vehicle axles. For smaller size vehicles, our range of 50-ton single-acting 150mm stroke aluminium and steel cylinders are used in the maintenance pits for axle straightening. Each system is powered by one of our DURAPAC reliable electric hydraulic power packs which offer high-performance flow combinations.
