Durapac Bolt Tensioners: Perfect Tension

The Problem:

The customer required a simple and accurate method of applying the correct clamping force on a long installation of the pipeline.

The Solution:

Hydraulic bolt tensioners were the only choice of tensioning to perform this test on a polypropylene pipe with specially cast concrete pipe clamp. The tensioners also guarantee an even clamping force. The project required the tensioners to be used approximately 200 times for this long pipeline installation.
