This unit is designed to cut the most common rail profiles with high precision.
- Electric engine transmits through a reducer the motion to a blade constructed with high quality steel, chilled by a suitable liquid
- Operation is quicker, as it is not necessary to create a void under the sole of the rail, and the machine is easier to handle.
- Rapid and precise anchorage on the rail allows to execute perfectly perpendicular cuts, without operator’s efforts.
- Cutting is fully automated by way of a pneumatic system that gradually lowers the blade, applying the right amount of force necessary for cutting.
- This feature minimises wear of the blade and the excess consumption of petrol.
