CBC UNI60 Combi Pipe and Tube Bender

The UNI 60 COMBI (9200405) pipe bender is a machine suitable to bend metal pipes with a bending angle from 0° to 180°.

It was designed to bend without mandrel and to be used for the ring rolling of pipes, structural sections, and plates.

By operating the geared motor the die mounted on the outlet shaft rotates clockwise with programmable width corresponding to the angle imprinted on the pipe.

  • Cast iron body on metal base.
  • Asynchronous motor 230V/50Hz/1,50Kw (different voltages on request) 2800 RPM
  • Maximum bending angle: 180°
  • Digital control panel with multilingual microprocessor for programming, controlling and recovering the bending angle. It is capable of storing 50 bending programs and each of them can store 9 sequential bending angles
  • Low voltage (24V) printed circuit board
